1. When can I expect my order to ship?

Orders are shipped within 72 hours from the time of your purchase via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive an automatic notification from us once your order has shipped with a tracking number.

2. Do you ship internationally?

We ship to a select number of international countries. Please note, Nomadic Splendor is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.

3. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase. Return shipping cost is customer’s responsibility. Product must be unused and in good condition. To initiate the return, send an email to hello@nomadicsplendor.com with your name, number, and reason for the return. Nomadic Splendor has the right to deny credit for any returned goods that do not meet the requirements of our return policy, so please make sure that the items are in the original condition. 

4. Can you help repair my bag?
At Nomadic Splendor we want to ensure that you are happy with our products. Durability is key to our philosophy, and our products proudly serve as proof of that legacy. However, should the bag get damaged, we would be happy to assist you within reason. Please email us the photo of the item clearly showing the problem, a detailed description of the issue and purchase receipt.
